WIWA 600.12 SYSTEMS

START UP INSTRUCTIONS

Before starting the machine, ensure that all the materials are on

hand at the work site and that the machine mechanic has the

appropriate safety equipment, such as but not limited to safety

glasses etc.

1. Visually inspect the equipment to ensure that all components are

clean, and accounted for.

2. Be certain that the operator is wearing the proper Personal

Protective Equipment for handling the materials and operating the

pump.

3. Ensure that the Pump Ground Cable is connected to a suitable

ground source and that all pails are properly grounded as well.

4. Turn the Main Air Regulator to Zero and close the Needle Valve and

Ball Valve on the Shutdown Device on the Straight Shot Nozzle.

5. Close the fluid line Ball Valve on the Straight Shot Nozzle.

6. Connect an air supply hose to the main “Chicago” air fitting on the

Air Maintenance unit, first ensuring that the main inbound air ball

valve is in the “Off/Closed” position.
