2. Refill the Hopper with about 5 gallons of clean flushing agent.
3. Open the main inbound Air Ball valve, open the 3/8” Ball Valve on
the Shutdown Device and slowly adjust the Air Regulator until the
pump begins to stroke slowly.
4. Hold the Straight Shot Nozzle pointed into the Hopper, using a filter
bag, to cover the end of the Nozzle, spray the new
cleaning/flushing material thru the filter bag to remove the small
particles. Continue to cycle the cleaning/flushing through the filter
bag until all particles are removed.
5. Reduce the air pressure on the Main Air Regulator to zero and close
the 3/8” Ball Valve on the Shutdown Device. Close the main
inbound air Ball Valve.
6. Close the 3/4” Ball Valve (fluid line) on the Straight Shot Nozzle.
7. Hold the Straight Shot Nozzle into a waste container and open the
the 3/4” Ball Valve (fluid line).
8. Release the pressure and drain the materials into the waste
container.

the Shutdown Device and slowly adjust the Air Regulator until the
