General Notes:

1. DP 1.2b testing does not change testing for RBR and HBR

2. DP 1.2 testing has two test points: TP2 and TP3eq.

All tests will use one OR the other. TP3eq is rather complicated.

3. HBR2 Compliance testing allows preferences in Level and Pre Emphasis
