XDMA6540 OPERATION

USB/SD Card Operation

ToplayMP3/WMAfilesfrommostmassstoragedevices,

connectadevicetotheXDMA6540'sUSBport.

ToplayMP3/WMAfilesfromanSDCard,insertanSDcard

intotheXDMA6540'sSDcardslot,locatedbehindthefront

panel.InserttheSDcardwiththelabelfacingup,andpress

thecarduntilitclicksintoplace.RemovetheSDcardby

pressinginuntilitclicks,thenpulltoremove.

WhenaUSBorSDcarddeviceisfirstconnected,playback

willbeginmomentarily.Dependingonthenumberoffiles

andfolders,itmaytakeseveralsecondsforthedeviceto

beginplaying.IfnovalidMP3/WMAfilesaredetected,“NO

FILE”willbedisplayedandthelastmodewillberesumed.

Press

toskiptothebeginningofthenextsong.Press

toreturntothebeginningofthecurrentsong.Pressing

againskipstothebeginningoftheprevioussong.

PressandholdTRACK

or TRACK

tofastforward

orreverseatrack.

Press

totemporarilystopUSBplayback.

Press

againtoresumeplayback.

Press toselectthepreviousfolder.

Press toselectthenextfolder.

Note:FolderaccessisonlyavailableonUSB/SDCard

deviceswithmorethanonefolder.

Press RPT toentertheRepeatmenu,thenturnthevolume

knobtoselectoneofthefollowingoptions:

•AllSongs-PlaysalltracksontheUSB/SDCarddevice.

•CurrentSong-Continuouslyrepeatsselectedtrack.

•CurrentFolder-Continuouslyrepeatsallfilesin

selectedfolder.

Press RDM toentertheRandommenu,thenturnthevolume

knobtoselectoneofthefollowingoptions:

•Off-CancelstheRDM function.

•AllSongs-Playsalltracksinrandomorder.

•CurrentFolder-Playsalltracksinfolderinrandom

order.

Note:Randommodeisretainedinmemorywhenselecting

betweenothermodesandwhentheunitisturnedon/off.

Press INT toentertheIntromenu,thenturnthevolume

knobtoselectoneofthefollowingoptions:

•Off-CancelstheINT function.

•AllSongs-Playsfirst10secondsofeachtrack.

•CurrentFolder-Playsfirst10secondsofeachtrack

in folder.
